The term current is defined as the speed in which the charge flows in a conductor or semiconductor. It is measured in Amperes in standard international units.
The term voltage means the potential difference between two ends of a conductor or semiconductor. It is also called electron motive force or abbreviated as ‘emf’. The potential difference drives the current in a conductor or semiconductor. It is measured in ‘volts’ in standard international unit system.
The third term resistance means the opposite force that resists the flow of electrons or rather current in the semiconductor or conductor is called resistance. Resistance is measured in ‘ohm’.
